Colorful and Fresh Spring Makeup Tutorial

Just like how I've been experimenting with brighter clothing this season, I thought I'd try brighter eye makeup looks. I love the contrasting colors of orange and blue. I finally got to use a few of my colorful Maybelline Color Tattoos. I wanted to keep the look bright but clean, so I didn't use any liner on the upper lash line and used a nude liner on my waterline. It's something different for me, but it gives a fresher look.

To set the color bases I used my new Blush Professionals 88 Color Eyeshadow Palette. It's a basic palette with a wide variety of colors (great to experiment and have fun with!). It includes matte and shimmer colors. I found that the pigmentation varies depending on which color you choose. The blues/aquas I chose to use are very pigmented and soft, while the orange was subtle. The packaging is also very sturdy (compared to my Coastal Scents palettes) and I'm very happy with it! It's a great palette for beginners. It's affordable for just £8.99 or $14.62 USD.
